Safety Alert: Unexpected autopilot behaviour on ILS approach
On 18 November 2013 the Dutch Safety Board has issued a Safety Alert to Dutch and international aviation organisations to warn pilots, air traffic controllers and airlines for the potential dangers of unexpected autopilot behavior on ILS approach.
