Bernard Welten

Bernard Welten has held various positions in the police service, including Chief of the Groningen and Amsterdam-Amstelland Regional Police Forces. He still serves as a special adviser to the latter force. At the behest of the National Police, Mr. Welten is currently reviewing the Dutch police’s leadership training infrastructure.
