Stavros Zouridis is a member of the Dutch Safety Board and Professor of Public Governance at Tilburg University's Tilburg Institute of Governance. His research focuses on gaining a better understanding of the organisation and functioning of the rule of law, with a particular emphasis on law enforcement and legitimacy. In addition, Mr. Zouridis is extraordinary professor at Stellenbosch University in South Africa from 1-1-2017 to 31-12-2019.
Previously, Zouridis worked at the then Ministry of Justice as Director of the Strategy Development Department, sat on the board of Tilburg Law School as Vice-Dean of Education, and chaired that faculty's Department of Politics and Public Administration.
