On Thursday 21 July 2022, a collision occurred between a water taxi and a harbor tour boat on the Nieuwe Maas in Rotterdam. All on board were rescued. Immediately after the incident, the Dutch Safety Board collected information and spoke with the parties involved. On basis of these initial findings, the Board is conducting an investigation into the collision and the circumstances on the Nieuwe Maas.
