Publication quarterly aviation report Q1 2022

The Dutch Safety Board has published the Quarterly Aviation Report over the 1st quarter of 2022. This  quarterly report shows a variety of occurrences. The diversity of these occurrences is characteristic for the work conducted by the Dutch Safety Board in the aviation sector.

The spring is for many pilots in general aviation the start of a new flying season. Following a period of less or almost no flying, knowledge of procedures and flying skills may have declined. To ensure good flight safety, it is important to focus attention on these aspects.
