The Quarterly Aviation Report over the 4th quarter of 2019 has been published. In this report a short retrospective on the past year is presented. It also mentions the number of events with Dutch involvement which were reported by foreign colleague organisations. The accident involving a Fokker 100 in the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of these events. The Dutch Safety Board is participating in the investigation on the basis of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, as the aircraft was designed and manufactured in the Netherlands.
