Take-off from not available runway, Airbus A320, 13 june 2015

The air traffic controller cleared the aircraft for take-off from runway 18L. Shortly thereafter it was noticed that this runway had not been made available by the airport authorities to air traffic control. The air traffic controller decided to let the aircraft continue its take-off.
