Risks in the meat supply chain

Introduction

In response to a number of recent incidents in the meat sector and a request of the State Secretary of Economic Affairs, the Dutch Safety Board investigated into the risks for food safety in the production and trading of meat. The Board aimed this investigation to the way in which the government and the involved organizations and businesses have managed the risks for food safety.
