About 1200 military of the Marine Corps, Commando Corps and the Airborne brigade perform parachuting as training for operational deployment. Each year a number of very serious accidents as well as dozens of minor injuries occur during these parachuting exercises.Goal of this theme study is to determine wheather parachuting within the Defence organisation is as safe as can be expected for an organisation that deploys parachuters professionally.
