Naar aanleiding van een grote brand bij Chemie-Pack, een bedrijf dat zich bezighoudt met opslag, verwerken en verpakken van chemicaliën, heeft de Onderzoeksraad onderzoek gedaan.
Het onderzoek van de Raad is toegespitst op het ontstaan van de brand bij Chemie-Pack en de crisisbeheersing en -communicatie van de overheid
