Ferdinand Mertens

Ferdinand Mertens has held several positions within the government. As Inspector-General of the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management he supervised shipping, aviation, road transport and national water management works of Rijkswaterstaat (Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management).
