Investigations
The results and findings of the investigations of the Dutch Safety Board are made public by means of reports. A report always consists of an analysis of the cause of the incident as well as its consequences and the data on which this analysis is based, the determination of the causes or propable causes of the incident and, if found, the identification of structural safety deficits with associated recommendations.
